How large can I print my photo?

The size you can print your image (at an acceptable print resolution) is dependant on the number of megapixels your camera captures. The higher the megapixel count the more image detail is captured. The following table is a guide as to what quality your photos will print as for each page and cover size.

The information in the tables below has been based on a landscape photo captured at the maximum resolution capable at each megapixel size.

warning_red.gif Bad Resolution (less than 150ppi)
The image does not have enough resolution to be printed at the size you have made it on the page. Images with bad resolution may print out pixelated (distorted & blurry) and we do not recommend you use them in your photobook.

warning_yellow.gifAverage (low) Resolution (between 150 - 249ppi)
The image has an average (low) resolution for printing at the size you have made it on the page. Images with low resolution are acceptable for print however the image may loose sharpness and some light pixelation maybe visible when viewed very close.

Best Resolution (greater than 250ppi)
The image has a good resolution for printing at the size you have made it on the page.
